Advice Service Manager Vacancy
We have an exciting new vacancy for an Advice Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service for victims of any form of discrimination, hate or harassment. You will manage your own case load and, after we expand our service next year, you will also manage a small team of staff. You will develop relationships with key third, public and private sector organisations and ensure our advice service is delivered in line with contractual requirements to a high standard. To be successful in this role you need to have experience of delivering casework services, providing advice and representing victims of hate crime or discrimination and be able to demonstrate an understanding of performance as well as good leadership/management skills.
Office base: Cardiff
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term until June 2022, with possible extension for a further 2 years
