Our training course
Race Equality First (REF) is a leading body in Wales for tackling Hate Crime and Discrimination and promoting the message that racial equality is a human right.
Our Racism Awareness, Discrimination & Hate Crime training is designed to deepen your understanding of explicit and implicit prejudices and how they shape decision-making. Participants will explore the impact of micro-incivilities, learn about the four types of discrimination, and understand UK Equality Law. This comprehensive session covers identifying and preventing workplace discrimination, creating an inclusive organisational culture, and the prevalence and impact of hate crimes. Practical steps on reporting and promoting anti-racism are also included.
